Celebrate the changing of the seasons with your little one by making and enjoying these fun fall treats.
On a piece of paper, draw your template of your circle (and your tree). Place template under parchment paper.
Using a squeeze bottle or parchment cone, fill in the pattern with melted candy coating.
While coating is still wet, place candy corn around edges of circle to form the turkey tail.
Dip pretzel rod into candy coating, tap lightly on the side of container to remove excess coating. Place in the center of the tail piece.
To avoid running, allow the coating to set then add icing eyes and other decorations using a small amount of coating. Add a waddle using red candy writer for a final touch.
Bake cookies according the recipe and allow to cool (For a great recipe, click here.). Ice prepared cookie with orange buttercream icing using an angled icing spatula.
Once entire cookie is covered, use the edge of the spatula to lightly drag the icing from the top to the center of the bottom of the cookie to mimic the lines of a pumpkin.
Cut a piece of licorice and place at the top of the cookie to create a stem. Place face decorations in any way you choose. Press lightly into icing.

Jumbo cupcakes using black cupcake liners
Green buttercream icing or white buttercream Icing, colored green
Autumn leaf sprinkles
Cocoa Dark Candy Coating, melted

Bake cupcakes and allow to cool (for tips on making the perfect cupcake, click here.). Using a squeeze bottle or parchment cone, place parchment paper over tree template and fill in the pattern with melted candy coating.
While coating is still wet, sprinkle fall leaves over branches and allow to set.
Spread green buttercream on cupcake. Sprinkle fall leaf sprinkles on cupcake.
Gently release tree from parchment paper and place on cupcake, carefully pushing into icing.
