Jolly Elf Cake Pop:

You will need:

To make:

Form cake mixture into a shape that resembles a ball with a cornucopia on top. Once you have your shapes made, place them back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm. Dip one end of the straw into melted candy coating and insert it 3/4 of the way into the bottom of the cake pop. Let set. Dip pops into a mixture of half peach and half super white candy coating. Let excess chocolate fall off but do NOT tap straw on edge of bowl. Once the coating has dried, dip the top of the pop into melted green candy coating. Let dry. Fill a parchment bag with melted super white candy coating and pipe swirly lines at the base of the hat for the ‘fur lining’. Pipe a ball on the tip of the hat. Use a flesh tone food coloring to color fondant for ears. Form ears and attach to the sides of the head with melted candy coating. Use a toothpick with flesh-colored melted coating and make a dot for the nose. Make facial features with black candy coating.

Rudolph Cake Pop:

You will need:

To make:

Form cake mixture into a pear shape but with a wider top. Place shapes back into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm. Dip one end of the straw into melted candy coating and insert it 3/4 of the way into the bottom of the cake pop. Let set. Dip pops into melted milk chocolate candy coating. Let excess chocolate fall off but do NOT tap straw on side of the bowl. Before coating has completely set, insert pretzels into top of head for antlers. Attach candy eyes and a sugar pearl for the nose with a dot of melted candy coating. Use brown fondant to mold ears and attach them with melted coating. Use black coating to pipe on a mouth.

Peppermint Cake Pop:

You will need:

To make:

Roll mixture into balls. Dip one end of the straw into melted candy coating and insert it into the pop. Let set. Dip pop into melted super white candy coating and let the excess fall off. Immediately sprinkle with peppermint chips and let dry.

*Note* Most cake pop stands are not made to be used with paper straws. Insert sucker sticks into the pegs and place straws over top.
